NEOSTRATA® ProSystem Retinol Peel – Aftercare

Dear Patient,

After your retinol peel treatment, gentle skin care is essential to optimally support the healing process and minimize side effects. Please carefully follow the aftercare instructions below for the next 5–7 days.

MORNING ROUTINE:

1. Cleansing: Gently wash your face with CeraVe Moisturizing Cleansing Lotion. Use lukewarm water, then gently pat your skin dry (do not rub!).
2. Directions: Apply a generous amount of La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ to the entire face. This regenerating treatment supports the skin barrier and soothes irritation.
3. Sun protection: Afterward, apply a generous amount of La Roche-Posay Anthelios Invisible Fluid UVMune 400 SPF 50+. Reapply every 2 hours while outdoors.

EVENING ROUTINE:

1. Cleansing: Cleanse your skin again with CeraVe Moisturizing Cleansing Lotion.
2. Directions: Apply La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ to your cleansed face.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Avoid direct sunlight, saunas, tanning beds, and intense physical activity for at least 5 days.
• Avoid using exfoliants, retinol products, or other active ingredients for at least 7 days.
• Your skin may peel slightly or feel tight—this is a normal reaction.
• Do not pick at or pull on flaky skin.
• Do not use makeup for the first 24 hours after treatment.
